Join us for a special evening as we marry Silver Oak’s amazing cabernets, Twomey Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs, and Merlots, with C Salt’s modern American fare.

 

For over 40 years, Silver Oak has been producing exceptional, food-friendly Cabernets that are extensively aged but drinkable.  With vineyards in both Napa and Alexander Valley, guests of the wine dinner will have the opportunity to explore the best of what Silver Oak as to offer.

 

Founded 20 years ago, Silver Oak’s sister vineyard Twomey has crafted high end, food focused Pinot Noir, Merlot and exceptional Sauvignon Blancs.   Their telltale signature Sauvignon Blanc boasts bright, tropical fruit expression with a fresh mineral character.
